WOW - thunder and lightening here in Mazatlan. Unheard of this time of year. Well I guess not any more. Heard the rain on the roof first then flash and bang!
Ever notice you say "thunder and lightening" when actually it is lightening first then thunder.
We were going out to the plaza tonight then decided to stay home - I cooked again - a Mexican dish no less. Mexican rice and Puntas de Res - beef steak hunks, onions, red pepper and a pre-mix sauce. Tasted pretty good. Which is a good thing as there is enough left for tomorrow too. I need to learn to cook for two people.
